Technical specifications:
Brazed milling cutters are made from a steel body C45 transformed with the machining with CNC-controlled automatic machines. The reminders are made of HSS steel with a high chromium content (G + Mo + V), or Hm, synthesized tungsten carbide and other carbides. The cutting edges in Hm are welded to the body of the cutter with an alloy trimetallica composed of Ag-Cu-Ag, which ensures a resistant welding and allows the plate to absorb any shock, ensuring longer life of the cutter.
