Cutter with 16 wings in Hc (brazed tungsten carbide) fractionated positioned on a spiral pattern. Execution with chip-breaker tips placed on one starting helicies only.
The tool, thanks to the construction innovative, grants:
■ speeds up to 40 m/min,
■ longer resistance to wear (30% more than the standard multicut spiral cutters),
■ better removal of the material,
■ easier chip ejection.
■ allows to machining and with an average finish.
