Article 1120 Mortise chain for stationary machine

Technical specifications:
Mortising chain set is tool consisting of chain, guide and spocket for making rectangular, square, trapezoidal or oval slots in medium-hard woods. The sets are produced for fixed and portable mortising machines with sprocket guide center distance of 70 mm and more.
The mortise is identified with three dimensions, width (S), length (B) and depth (P). The width is made in mm or in inches, according to the request. The length is determined by the standard bearing, but we can also make special sizes, according to the request.
The pitch is the distance between a pin of a link and the next third. Chains are produced in the following three pitchs:
22.60mm (.89") - 15.70mm (.62") - 13.70mm (.54")
The machine center of the mortising machines is the distance between the center of the pinion and that of the locking screw of the guide to the machine.
Our guides are supplied with a lubrication system for the automatic oil pump connection or, on request with manual Stauffer greasers. The size of the guide groove (for attachment to the mortiser machine) is 13 mm, while the slot is 12,70 x 50 mm.
The bars and sprockets are used for one or more chain sizes. For example, the description "12-17" means that chains of 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 mm thickness can be mounted on that guide.
The internal diameter of the pinions can be 16, 15 or 14 mm, depending on the type of machine on which they must be mounted. We also manufacture sprockets with an internal diameter in inches.
The minimum cutting speed is about 250 m/min, while the one that allows the maximum efficiency is obtained at 360 m/min.
Suitable for solid wood.

Application:
